The majority of my drone work is commercial, mainly working on building sites. In addition to using the drone(s), many clients request the use of TimeLapse cameras to monitor work, such as the demolition and rebuild. This provides fascinating footage for the client.
La Grande Mare Resort
I started work at La Grande Mare Resort in March 2022 as their drone pilot. Working initially on the demolition of the existing hotel in 2022, I am now involved with the extension and redevelopment of the existing golf course. It is a privilege to be working with La Grande Mare team and their appointed commercial professionals.

Roof Surveys
More than often, a top-down view of a roof will be sufficient as a quick inspection to inspect the roof for any damage – to assess if any works are required. I have experience of doing roof surveys in built up areas – where I will have with me an observer. In one recent survey, the client avoided having to erect scaffolding to get access to the roof – quite a saving !
If this is an insurance claim – it is always best to check with your insurance company to see if they will accept drone photos as evidence of an inspection. Any questions, do not hesitate to contact me via my contact form
